Previewing documentation changes in a merge request

1. Open your MR following the guidelines outlined :ref:`here <pr_best_practices>`
2. Wait for it to build
3. Click on the build status and open the detailed build results
4. Open the "Artifacts" tab
5. Click "Sphinx Documentation"
