Parameters
out– where we stream the compressed data
adc– the waveform to compress

Implemented in ECLDCTCompress, ECLDeltaCompress, and ECLBaseCompress.

pure virtual

Decompress the ECL waveform.

Parameters
in– the stream from which we fetch the compressed data
adc– the decompressed waveform
